Hd Graphics 4000 Driver Windows 10

Hi, I recently updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10, however doing so I get an issue with my graphics driver. My laptop is HP Envy Sleekbook 4-1117NR, with I5-3317u and HD intel graphics 4000. The display adapter gives me 'Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)' and is not useable, locking me with max brightness (and no control over it). Broadcom Bcm4360 Windows 10 Driver. Downgrading to previous driver gives the same issue. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling from intel website and from windows update, but it still doesn't work. Disabling and enabling the driver gives me a black screen before returning to the same code 43.
