Xonar Essence Stx Drivers Windows 10

I force installed Asus drivers for my U7 through device manager (Xonar U7-8.1.11.19(3.13-WHQL)) but Dolby is a no go - I get the infamous ' dht cannot be installed'. Sound is great via U7 control panel but not quite as good as with Dolby (subjectively). The setup works great in Windows 8.1.1 x64 but would like to move to Win 10 TP for daily tasks so it would be nice to have Dolby capabilities. Luvin the U7... Member Posts: 1 Level. I've moved on to W10TP 10130. The most current driver for the U7 via Asus website installed perfectly including Sonic Studio Pro control panel. Scr331 Driver Windows 10. However I still cannot select Dolby Digital Live (DDL) as an output format since it is not listed in Sound Properties dropdown.

Dolby Theater is working fine but my output is analog. I'd rather use DDL. Anyone got this working? VIP Member Posts: 11 Level.
